Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The location near JR Kamata Station made it convenient for exploring Tokyo, but the lack of natural light in some rooms was a downside. The dining experience was pleasant, although a bit more variety in the menu would have been nice.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its surprisingly spacious rooms, though not ideal for multiple occupants due to limited luggage space. The service was exceptional, particularly helpful during check-in, and the location near JR Kamata station was convenient. The dining experience was unique, leaning more toward lunch offerings. However, the lack of natural light due to the building wall outside was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were larger than expected in Tokyo, with clever storage space underneath the bed platform for luggage. The bed was very comfortable, but it felt a bit small for two people. The service was top-notch; the staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful, especially considering the language barrier. The location was excellent, just a minute's walk from JR Kamata Station, making it super convenient for travelers. The dining experience was a bit odd, feeling more like lunch, but still enjoyable. Overall, a great stay with a few minor quirks.
