smoke smellcramped storage
I was annoyed. our room smelled strongly of stale smoke. we had to ask for air freshener, which only helped a little. also, the promised luggage storage under the bed was so cramped. It barely fit our bags. it really inconvenienced our stay.

the hotel's location is convenient with easy access to the train station. the public bath on the second floor was a true highlight and a relaxing experience after a long day. i found the staff to be consistently polite and helpful throughout my stay. my room was always very clean adding to the overall comfort.
i had to pay for luggage storage after checkout which i found a bit unexpected. i would prefer luggage storage to be a complimentary service.
